Dennis Welsh establishes Inland Construction, initially focused on construction and development services
Scott Welsh and Mike Fardy begin working for Welsh Companies
Scott begins the process of purchasing Inland from Dennis, with a vision of growing into a full-service commercial real estate firm
Mike joins Scott in the purchase of Inland
The company name is changed to Inland Companies to better represent its robust suite of services
The corporate office is relocated to downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Scott and Mike invest in talent to ensure seamless and powerful growth
Inland affiliates with Colliers International for brokerage and property management services
Next Gen ownership group purchases Inland and reinforces vision for growth
