At Inland and Colliers we are committed to giving back to the community and establishing affiliations with charities and other giving organizations. We are proud to be associated with the following organizations:

Our Facilities Maintenance Division is a proud member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC). ABC is a national association representing nearly 25,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms in 78 chapters across the United States. More information found at www.abc.org.

Our team has proudly volunteered for several home builds for Habitat for Humanity.  Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity (MHFH) builds and renovates homes for families in need of sustainable housing. For more information, go to www.milwaukeehabitat.org.

Every year we hold several food drives to donate food to the needy through our local Hunger Task Force.  The Hunger Task Force works to prevent hunger and malnutrition by providing food to people in need today and by promoting social policies to achieve a hunger free community tomorrow.  For more information, go to www.hungertaskforce.org.

Our Retail Team is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry and they have 75,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries. For more information, go to www.icsc.org.

Our facility maintenance division is a proud member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,000 members in 78 countries. We have been a long-standing, active members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing. We have been a long-standing, active member of NAIOP Wisconsin. USGBC is a non-profit organization that certifies sustainable businesses, homes, hospitals, schools, and neighborhoods.
