Commercial Real Estate Intern Inland Companies is looking for a student who has an interest in Commercial Real Estate to join our Sales Team. Do you enjoy working in an exciting, fast paced environment? Are you a people person with strong attention to detail? Are you good at multitasking? As a new broker intern you will be expected to assist in the marketing efforts; including proposals and presentations, for new sale and leasing opportunities in Milwaukee and surrounding counties. Job requires an ambitious sales attitude and general knowledge of real estate and finance. We are willing to work with the right candidate and assist them in obtaining their Wisconsin Sales License . This position will start out as an internship, but could develop into a full time position for the right candidate. In assisting with the marketing of Inland Companies listings, this person would need to be comfortable with cold calling, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. HVAC Service Technician We are currently interviewing HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of 5 years industry related experience. Candidates will be working in primarily commercial buildings performing installations, and regular preventative maintenance work.
Job Requirements: - Graduate of HVAC Certification School
- Candidate must have CFC 1,2,3
- EPA/R410a certification
- Some training in controls and Liebert preferred
- Strong mechanical background and experience with Automated Building Systems strongly preferred
- Ability to physically lift and install equipment weighing over 50 lbs.
- Self motivated, results oriented team player
- Strong customer communication/organizational skills
- 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
- Professional appearance, Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
- Computer savvy ( able to work controls and operate company issued PDA device)
- Participate in normal rotation of after hours and on call
- Comfortable ordering parts, complete company issued paperwork
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

and enthusiastic sales assistant to join our Milwaukee Office Brokerage Team.
The goal for this position is to partner with a broker team of 5 top producers
and assist them with their daily work flow.
The end goal is to to facilitate a well organized, productive and
profitable team. Daily administrative
tasks may include; Management of
Commercial Real Estate databases including coordination of new listings,
monthly billing and site editing.
Produce high quality and error free R.F.P (Request for Proposals) Collaborate
with broker team to compile market activity reports for owners and landlords.
Develop and follow standardization of paperwork as applicable. Other miscellaneous duties as needed.
Marketing tasks may include; creation and coordination of
marketing mailers, launch creative ideas for broker promotions, conduct
property showings and coordinate tours, strategic prospecting and cold calling, correspond with appropriate broker to meet
deadlines, attend networking and industry functions, build and maintain strong
relationships with cooperating brokers, work with Marketing department to
enhance Inland's social media presence.
This newly created position will also require a Wisconsin
real estate license. We will work with candidates who do not have a sales
license to assist them with obtaining upon hire. Strong communication skills, high degree of
professionalism, and outgoing
personality will be key to success in this role.
