Inland Companies’ Brokerage Group is continually seeking professional and aggressive sales people to join our brokerage company. Individuals should have a minimum 4-year college degree and strong communication and sales abilities and a willingness to enter into an independent contractor industry. A Wisconsin real estate salesperson license is required.

Maintenance Technician -
Protech, the Facilities Maintenance Division of Inland Companies, Inc. has immediate full time job opportunities for skilled maintenance engineers. The ideal candidate will possess general skills in a variety of maintenance areas including; general repair and troubleshooting of appliances, door locks, windows; basic plumbing and electrical skills; building maintenance and light HVAC skills are also strongly desired. Additional requirements include clean driving record, reliable transportation, good general health, ability to work indoors and outside in all seasons. Must be able to work at heights, and do moderate to heavy lifting. General computer skills very helpful. Prefer 1-3 years experience in maintenance or related field. Construction Project Manager/Construction Superintendent
Due to anticipated growth with our current workload Inland Construction is seeking candidates in both the Construction Project Management and Construction Superintendent areas:
To qualify for either position you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience in commercial construction building industry including ground up building knowledge
- Degree in Construction or related field (or) 3-5 years direct job related experience
- High degree of professionalism including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet firm deadlines
- Positions require strong Microsoft Office Computer skills
