HISTORY

• 1950 - Inland forms in Minneapolis, MN as a commercial construction firm.
• 1971 - Inland enters the Milwaukee, WI market as one of the area's first speculative developers.
• 1978 - 1980 - Inland develops the Executive Drive Office Park in Brookfield, WI.
• 1996 - Scott Welsh is the second generation to lead Inland.
• 1997 - Mike Fardy joins Inland as Partner. Inland employs 10 professionals, handles 500,000 square feet of business, and offers a full menu of commercial real estate services.
• 2003 - Mark A. Schnoll joins Inland Companies as a partner and shareholder and brings extensive experience in the sale and disposition of land and industrial and investment properties.
• 2004 - Inland establishes a second full-service office in Madison, employing 15 professionals.
• 2006 - Inland celebrates 35 years of business in the Milwaukee market.
• 2007 - Inland employees 100 professionals and handles 10 million square feet of business worth nearly $700 million in value.
• 2007 - Steve Pape and Tom Shepherd become Partners and Shareholders of Inland Companies.
• 2008 - Inland Companies, Madison moves their office to Hatchery Hill Towne Center, Madison.
• 2009 - Inland Companies, Milwaukee moves their corporate office to the Brewery Redevelopment (former Pabst Brewery).
• 2010 - Lyle Landowski becomes Partner and shareholder of Inland Companies.
