Scott Welsh, President/Owner

Scott Welsh has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1999, Scott became President after acquiring the firm from his father Dennis Welsh, who founded the company in 1971. Under Scott's direction, Inland Companies, Inc. has grown to be one of the largest full service real estate companies in Wisconsin, offering comprehensive real estate services including brokerage, property management, construction, investment sales, corporate services, development, and facilities maintenance services, as well as representing owners and clients alike. Scott is the former 2006-2007 Chairman of the Board for the Commercial Association of Realtors in Wisconsin.

Mike Fardy, Partner / Chief Operating Officer

|
Mike Fardy has been a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Inland Companies since 1997 and has over 20 years experience leasing and selling office, industrial, retail and investment commercial real estate properties.
Mike has helped expand and develop Inland Companies into one of the largest full service commercial real estate companies in Wisconsin. Along with overseeing all operations of the company, one of Mike's primary functions at Inland is to oversee the Commercial Brokerage Division, which currenlty has approximately 30 full-time licensed brokers between the Milwaukee and Madison offices.

Mark Schnoll, Partner

|
Mark Schnoll joined Inland Companies as a partner and shareholder in 2003. Since 1994, Mark has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate, with expertise in representing owners and developers in the sale of land, selling and leasing industrial properties, conducting site and property searches for clients desiring development, new construction or expansion and structuring joint venture projects with land or property owners for development. Mark also has an excellent working knowledge of construction, finance and management of commercial real estate.

Tom Shepherd, Partner

Tom began his career with Inland in 2002 as an Industrial Broker. His success, work ethic, and quick knowledge of the industry accelerated his position in the Company to Partner overseeing Investment Sales and Industrial Brokerage. Tom's areas of expertise in Commercial Brokerage include investment sales,
leasing and sales of industrial buildings, landlord and tenant representation, business development and corporate strategic planning. Tom was designated as Inland Companies' Industrial Broker of the Year in 2004 and was the recipient of the Inland Companies' Deal of the Year for 2002 and 2003.

| Steve Pape, Partner |

As a Partner of Inland Companies, Steve oversees the Inland Office Brokerage team, playing a key role in leadership, employee development and broker recruitment. Steve's areas of expertise in Commercial Brokerage include office leasing and sales, landlord representation, tenant representation, office broker recruiting, business development and corporate strategic planning. Steve was designated as Inland Companies' Office Broker of the Year for years 2002, 2003 and 2004 and was the recipient of the Inland Companies' Deal of the Year for 2001, 2002 and 2004.

| Lyle Landowski, Partner |

As part of the Inland Companies Office Brokerage team, Lyle focuses on owner and tenant representation and sales to investors and owners of real estate. His consultative approach and successful track record has earned him the respect of his peers, as well as his clients throughout the Milwaukee area. His success, work ethic, and knowledge of the industry accelerated his position in the company to Partner. Lyle�s in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local commercial real estate market along with his tireless work ethic ensure his clients make well-informed real estate decisions. He accomplishes this through a clear understanding of his clients� objectives as he implements a thorough strategy within every detail of the assignment.
